The Road to Christ

1. The purpose of God in your Life  -  Abundant Life!

• God loves you (John 3:16) and

• Wants you to experience, now and forever, a full and meaningful life (John 10:10).

2. The Problem of your Life  -  Sin!

• Mankind chose to disregard God and go his own way (Romans 3:23). This is sin!

• Mankind's sin caused him to be separated from God (6:23).

3. The Provision of God in your Life  -  Jesus Christ!

• Christ died on the cross to pay the penalty of sin ((Romans 5:8).

• Christ is the ONLY way to God (John 14:6, 1 Peter 3:18).

• God offers Eternal Abundant Life in Christ as a gift ((Romans 6:23), but you must love him...

• As a sinner, you need Christ to come into your life.

• As a christian, you need Christ to control all of your life.

4. The Prayer

• Romans 10:9, 13:4, Rev.3:20, john 1:12

Dear Lord, I know I have done wrong.  I am willing to turn away from my SINS.  I believe Jesus Christ died for me.  Please come into my life and forgive me of my sins.  I receive you into my life as my Savior and Lord.  I am willing to do whatever you want me to do.  Make me strong so that I will never be ashamed of you.  Amen!!
